Group Fitness is a popular trend in the fitness world today. Whether you’re training to lose weight or just want to trim and tone, my program will help improve your fitness and have you feeling great. 

MX360 Goal: It is focused on complete fitness. The sessions are inclined towards fat loss, muscular endurance and conditioning while also improving strength. It will not just improve general fitness but also functional or skill related fitness, there by making you perform better at your daily activities while upgrading the quality of living. From improving body composition, stamina, strength to improving speed, power, agility and power etc.

Nutrition Management: Weight loss or gain basically depends upon the calories you take; that will be managed through meal planning.

Training Format: All the sessions include HIIT, Cross-Training, MetCon and MMA inspired workouts. 
Exercise modalities vary in different sessions; TRX, Plyo-Boxes, Step-Boxes, Medicine Balls, Power Balls, Stability Balls, BOSU, Sand-Bags, Dumbbells, Kettle-Bells, Resistance Bands & Battling Ropes
